| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的不断深入发展以及用地制度的不断改革，如何构建一个城乡一体的土地市场成了摆在我们面前的一个重要的课题。本文分析了我国构建城乡一体土地市场所面临的问题和必要性，并最终提出了构建城乡一体土地市场的原则和途径。
