| 摘 要： | 邵阳县是个农业大县，也是全省养猪大县，极具利用猪粪建沼气池的有利条件。邵阳县农业综合开发办公室，大力推广“猪-沼-果”、“猪-沼-菜”、“猪-沼-鱼”配套模式。近6年来，共捆绑投入7800万元，建成户用沼气池3．6万口，取得了“四节”、“三增”、“三减少”、“一净化”的明显成效，改善了农民饮食卫生和净化居住环境，实现了农村经济社会可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Shaoyang is a large agricultural county, also the biggest province of raising pig, which has favorable conditions for building pig manure digesters. Shaoyang Comprehensive Agricultural Development Office vigorously promotes the pairing mode of ＂Pig - biogas - fruit,＂ ＂pig - biogas - vegetables,＂ ＂pig - bio- gas- Fish＂. Nearly 6 years, 78 million yuan were bundled to build 36,000 household biogas digesters and it is achieved the remarkable results of ＂tour waste＂, ＂three increases＂, ＂three reduce＂ and ＂a cleansing＂. The farmers＇ food hygiene is improved and living environment is cleared. The sustainable development of rural economy and society are realized. |
