进排气阀压力涌浪的防护特性研究

摘    要:对长管道系统停泵产生的压力涌浪提出了装设进排气阀的防护措施,建立了进排气阀的特征线方程,并对特征线方程的求解进行了讨论,将这种防护措施用于某供水泵站,从计算结果来看进排气阀较好地抑制了液柱分离的产生,有效地控制了系统中的压力骤增。

Abstract:For preventing the pressure surge occurred when the pump stops in long conduit system, measures of installing air inlet and relief valves to prevent pressure surge are presented. The characteristics equations for the air inlet and relief valves are established. Solutions of the characteristics equations are also discussed. Using this type of preventing measures to a water supply pumping station, the calculation results show that the air inlet and relief valves can restrain the column separation, and control effectively the pressure raising in the system. The method has advantages of saving cost and convenience in assembling.
