摘    要:目前关于活性碳纤维处理污水的试验大多集中在小型处理装置系统的碳纤维吸附试验,作者发现其挂膜效果与其在自然水体差别很大。本文研究了碳纤维的改性方法,通过将碳纤维活化改性,并进行挂膜试验确定最佳活化条件,研究碳纤维固化技术,研制成不同类型的碳纤维净水产品。为了验证改性碳纤维净水产品的可行性,将改性前后的碳纤维分别在塑料桶、金鱼缸、地埋雨污处理系统、东湖、排水渠、官桥湖等不同水体观测其生物挂膜的生物相结构。并应用于武汉东湖主湖建立自主产品1000m2面积的示范工程,同时与日本苏恩公司碳纤维示范工程进行了富营养化示范工程的比较研究。试验结果显示:试验场水域经过4天的处理,示范区水质从劣Ⅴ类上升为IV类水质,同样实现了刚毛藻藻场和沉水植物的自我修复,达到了日本相关产品的富营养化控制功能。该产品达到了快速高效净化湖泊水质控制富养化目的,其性价比更优,为其在湖泊富营养化控制治理提供了可能。

Carbon fiber modification and hang membrane experiment in eutrophication water
Abstract:Most of the tests on sewage treatment using activated carbon fiber focus on adsorption test in small processing device system. The authors found that the effect of hanging membrane is very different from that in the natural water bodies. This paper studied a modified method of the carbon fiber, through carbon fiber modification and activation, and hanging membrane test to determine the best activation conditions. In order to verify the feasibility of the modified carbon fiber water purification products, before and after the modified carbon fiber were placed in plastic buckets, goldfish bowl, buried rain and sewage treatment system, East Lake, drains, Guanqiao Lake and other different water bodies, observed the bio-phase structure of biological hanging membrane. And established a demonstration project with independent products, corves an area of 1000 m2 in the main lake of East Lake in Wuhan city. At the same time, a comparative study on eutrophication control was carried out with the demonstration project of SuEn company Japan. The results showed that: after four days of treatment, the water quality of proving ground increased from bad Ⅴ class to IV class, also realized the bristle algal - algal field and the submerged plant self-repair, reached to the eutrophication control function of Japanese related products. This product attained the purposes of fast efficient purification of lake water quality and eutrophication control, and has the better price ratio, provide the possibility for the lake eutrophication control management.
