浙江省千万农民饮用水工程建设及发展研究

分析了浙江省千万农民饮用水工程近六年的建设成效，总结了工程建设经验，并根据工程建设实施情况，提出了浙江省农村饮用水建设应从重工程建设转向重水源保护以及工程运行管理，由前期的解决农村饮用水困难、不安全问题转向提高农村饮用水质量、加强检测的发展研究。

Issues on construction and development of “Ten million rural residents’ drinking water program” of Zhejiang Province

In this paper the achievements of the “Ten million rural residents’ drinking water program” in the last six years were analyzed and some experiences were summarized. Based on the program implementation, some development strategies were proposed. We believe that focus of the program should be shifted from facility construction to project operation and management, and more efforts should be exerted to improve water quality and strengthening quality monitoring after drinking water was available and safe.
