泵站拍门撞击力的简化计算方法及其应用

摘    要:泵站拍门以闭门撞击力很大,必须找出一种减小闭门撞击力的方法。根据碰撞原理和减振技术,对拍门闭门撞击力方程进行简化,从而找出了几种减小闭门撞击力的方法。通过方案比较,最后决定采用更换缓冲像胶的方法来减小撞击力,在实践中取得较好效果。

Abstract:In the pumping stations, when the flap values are closed down, a strong impulse force is produced, therefore, it is necessary to find out a way to reduce the impulse force. Based on the collision theory and the damping technique, the equations for calculating the impulse force are simplified, and several measures to reduce the impulse force are found out. Through comparasion test, we decided to adhere a rubber disc on the valve as a elestic buffer and obtained good effect in several pumping stations.
