摘    要:以安徽茨淮新河为例,探讨基于水土保持与景观营建相结合的水利风景区规划方法.即以河道的水土保持为出发点,以现状条件为切入点,通过完善滨河湿地生态系统营造基于水土保持功能的景观工程,加以有效的管理防治措施,达到防治水土流失与景观营建的双赢局面.
