| 摘 要： | 解决农村饮用水安全问题,是全面建设小康社会的重要组成部分,是各级政府贯彻落实党中央、国务院提出的战略目标的重要措施,关系到提高农村群众的生活质量、农村群众的生命健康、整个社会的稳定和可持续发展.广东省农村饮用水安全的政策保障体系拟从农村饮用水安全存在的问题的成因出发,针对农村与城市之间存在的差异、饮用水水源地的保护、监测、应急政策、饮用水水源地的资源替代以及建立并完善供水工程管理机制、合理水价形成机制及社会化服务体系等方面出发,提出相应的政策保障策略. |
