| 摘 要： | 水价是促进节水农业技术推广应用的重要手段之一,合理制定灌溉水价对于节水农业的发展具有重要意义。综述了近年来农业灌溉水价形成机制的研究和实践现状,提出了存在的问题。激励机制缺乏是节水灌溉技术推广应用的瓶颈,通过水价调控实现对农民节水行为进行奖励,对于提高水的有效利用率、解决水资源短缺问题具有重要意义。基于奖励补偿机制,对泾惠渠进行实例分析,提出了推广低压管道地面灌溉节水技术的灌溉水价合理补偿标准。
