摘    要:根据三峡水利枢纽工程进度要求,就三峡(围堰发电期)~葛洲坝水利枢纽联合调度运行中有关泄洪设施的运行调度方式、三期围堰安全度汛方案、梯级发电调度方式、梯级航运调度方式和船闸运行方式等方面的问题进行较全面的分析研究,给出了相应的调度运营方案,对2003年运行结果进行了初步的分析,提出蓄水后应进一步研究的问题,以确保围堰发电期及三峡水利枢纽正常运用后,可全面发挥其防洪、发电、航运等综合效益。

Abstract:The united dispatching operation schemes of the Three Gorges Project(TGP) and the Gezhouba Project as well as cascade dispatching of the power stations,navigation,lock flight,and safety flooding schemes of the third-stage cofferdam are studied comprehensively according to the requirements of the schedule of the Three Gorges Project.The integrated operation schemes of the Three Gorges and the Gezhouba water projects during the cofferdam-damming power generation period are put forward accordingly.Preliminary analysis is done against real data in 2003.Several potential problems are presented which need to be solved in order to obtain the comprehensive benefits of flood control,power generation and navigation during the cofferdam-damming power generation period and the lifetime of the Three Gorges project.
