一种新的实用的绝缘子监测装置

摘    要:提出一种新的简易实用的绝缘子监测装置,该装置基于劣质绝缘子的泄漏电流比正常绝缘子大很多的原理,以泄漏电流为驱动源,当泄漏电流在一定的时间内超过限定值就会通过电磁和机械作用动作于信号。巡线工人无需攀爬杆塔,在地面就能观察到该信号,进而检测到劣质绝缘子在绝缘子串中的位置,工作强度大为减小。该装置不需要外置电源驱动,寿命长,成本低。实验室模拟试验和现场运行表明该装置有很高的准确率,初见成效,宜推广使用。

Abstract:A novel, simple and practical monitoring device for insulator strings has been designed based on the principle that the leakage current of faulty insulator is larger than the normal one. When there is a faulty insulator in the strings the leakage current surges up to high volume. If the leakage current exceeds critical degree, the mechanical signal driven by leakage current is shown, and the workers can observe the signal on the ground. After that they only need to climb a few towers to the faulty insulator, and so their amount of work is greatly decreased. The simple and economical device with high quality is driven by no additive batteries, Experimentation in the laboratory and operation in the practical application have testified that the device is reliable.
