摘    要:为了解决耕层内多年来残留的地膜,研制成功了一种适用于新疆沙质土壤区耕层残膜收获作业的1QZ-3900型耕层残膜收获机。该机具利用了振动筛、刮板和尾筛组合工作原理,设计了一种土壤残膜混合物分离装置;振动筛在刮板的配合下,能够有效将混合物抛起并向后输运,同时耕层细碎土壤从筛孔落下;在刮板作用下,残膜、残茬和大块土坷垃,被输送至尾筛,经再一次筛分;残膜、残茬被输送至集杂箱,完成对耕层残膜残茬的清理。经检测,残膜回收率达89.1%,清理过的农田,地表土壤细碎松软,达到设计及后续播种要求,并已通过鉴定。

Abstract:In order to solve plastic film in furrow layer soil many years,the 1QZ-3900 plastic film collector was designed and used to sand soil in Xinjiang,there have vibrating screen,strike-off board,after-sieve etc.,but plastic film separating device was key technical problem;the admixture would remove by vibrating screen under the strike-off board,at the same time,thin soil fall via screen pore;Plastic film,stubble and hunch-body soil was conveyed them to the after-sieve and separating again.At last,plastic film,s...
