| 摘 要： | 农用地征用属有偿行为。依据《农用地估价规程》,农用地征用价格应为其资源价格、社会价格和附属物价格之和。目前,由于我国对农业用地估价很少进行专门研究,使得农用地征用补偿无准可依,导致农用地极易非农化,严重浪费了耕地,也损害了农民和集体的利益。为此,以海门市为例探讨了关于农用地征用价格的评估方法。
