精密播种机电子监控装置的研制

摘    要:研制了一种基于C8051F226高速单片机、用于精密播种机的电子监控装置,介绍了其传感器布置、硬件工作原理与组成、软件实现方法与流程组织。本装置采用软件监视单片机输入端口状态,完成多行播种状态监视,实现了用硬件难以做到的连续漏播判断、断续漏播判断和传感器故障判断,具有播种量统计与漏播量统计等功能。本装置原理新颖、成本低廉和智能化程度高。

Abstract:A electro-monitor that based on Single-Chip Microcomputer of C8051F226 and used for precision seeding- machine is designed in this text, also introduces the arrangement of sensors, the principle and the structure of hardware, the achieving methods and the flow organization of software. The software of this equipment inspects the input ports status of the Single-Chip Microcomputer, monitors the status of multi-seeding, judges of continuous and spiccato miss seeding, and the sensors error, calculates the amount of seeding and the amount of miss seeding. This equipment possesses the characteristic of novel principle, low cost and upper intelligent.
