多功能排种器性能试验台的设计与试验

摘    要:设计了多功能排种器性能试验台,采用胶带运动、排种器固定不动的相对运动形式,模拟播种机田间运动,通过计算机视觉系统对胶带上的种子进行拍摄,并实时检测出精密排种器粒距、条播排种器单位长度内粒数等参数,从而计算出合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数以及均匀性等排种器性能指标。稳定性试验表明:粒距检测的最大偏差为0.78mm,粒数检测的最大相对误差为0.7%。

Abstract:Multifunctional test-bed of meter performance was designed.Relative motion that Ruber belt is moved and meter device is put,simulates seeder exercising in the field.Computer vision system filmings on the seeds and tests seed spacing of precision meter and seed number per the unit length of drill metering device.Thus qualified index,miss seeding index,repeat seeding index and uniformity etc.performance index are counted.The stability test showed that the maximum deviation of seed spacing was 0.78mm,and the maximum relative error of seeds numbers was 0.7%.
