摘    要:针对现有的气吸式谷子精量排种器在播种作业时容易堵孔,导致穴粒数不准确及窝眼式谷子精量排种器在排种区种子在窝眼内堆积致使排种困难和高速作业时充种效果差等问题,应用TRIZ理论将现有的谷子排种器所出现的问题转化为矛盾矩阵,并运用39个工程参数以及40个发明原理,结合谷子精量播种技术对谷子精量排种器进行创新设计,设计了一种结构简单、制造方便的正负压型孔轮组合式谷子精量排种器,并对改进后的排种器进行台架单因素试验。试验结果表明:排种器播种合格指数随真空度和型孔轮转速的增大先升高后下降,最高可达85.6%。

Abstract:In view of the existing gas suction millet precise metering device easy to plug holes in planting operation,lead to inaccurate hole grain number and litter eye millet precise metering device in the metering zone due to seed in the eye socket causing metering difficulties and high-speed operation when the issue such as difference of filling effect,using the theory of TRIZ will first some corn seed metering device into contradiction matrix for the problems,and using the principle of 39 engineering parameters,and 40 invention and millet precise seeding technology to innovative design of foxtail millet precise metering device,we design a simple structure,convenient operation of negative pressure type round hole modular millet precise metering device,The single factor test was carried out on the improved seeder.The test results showed that the qualified index of seeder increased first and then decreased with the increase of vacuum degree and rotation speed of hole wheel,up to 85.6%.
