基于EDEM的甘蓝翻转卸料过程运动与损伤分析

摘    要:针对甘蓝整修系统中卸料自动化程度低、损耗严重等问题,设计了一种甘蓝整修系统配套的翻转卸料装置。利用EDEM仿真软件,依据“秦选2号”甘蓝物理特性建立了甘蓝模型,并建立了翻转卸料装置模型,进而分析了翻转卸料过程中果箱内不同区域甘蓝的运动规律;研究了果箱翻转角速度、果箱翻转角度、上盖打开角速度对甘蓝损伤率的影响。仿真结果表明:果箱翻转角速度对甘蓝损伤率的影响无明显变化规律;随着果箱翻转角度的增加,甘蓝损伤率呈上升趋势;随着上盖打开角速度的增加,甘蓝损伤率先减小后增大,且在30°~70°/s范围内甘蓝损伤率较小。在相同工况下随机选取4种等级甘蓝,进行了验证试验,结果显示:验证试验结果与仿真基本相同,甘蓝损伤率最大误差为4.1%,且甘蓝损伤率与果箱翻转角速度、果箱翻转角度、上盖打开角速度的变化趋势一致。这表明,采用离散元法分析翻转卸料装置甘蓝卸料过程和损伤是可行的。该研究为甘蓝卸料装置及整修系统的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low degree of discharging automation and serious loss in the cabbage trimming system,a reversed discharging device for the cabbage trimming system was designed.Using the EDEM simulation software,a cabbage model was established based on the physical characteristics of"Qin Xuan No.2"cabbage,and a model of the reversed discharging device was established,and then the law of movement of cabbage in different areas in the bin during the reversed discharging was analyzed.The effects of the angular velocity of bin turnover,the angle of bin turnover,and the angular speed of lid opening on the damage rate of cabbage were studied.The simulation results show that the effect of the turnover angle of the bin on the damage rate of cabbage is not obvious;as the angle of the bin is increased,the damage rate of cabbage is increasing;as the opening angular velocity of the upper cover is increased,the damage rate of the cabbage is reduced first and then increased.In the range of 30~70(°)/s,the damage rate of cabbage is small.Under the same working conditions,four grades of cabbage were randomly selected and verified.The results show that the verification test results are basically the same as the simulation.The maximum error of the cabbage damage rate is 4.1%.The turning angle and the opening angular velocity of the upper cover have the same trend.It shows that it is feasible to use discrete element method to analyze the cabbage movement and simulation of the reversed discharging device.This study provides a reference for the design of the cabbage reversed device and the trimming system.
