基于PLC的农用挖掘机电气控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对农用挖掘机的工作特性和需求,提出了一种基于S7-200 PLC控制器的农用挖掘机电气控制系统,分析了系统整体框架和实际需求,给出了PLC电气控制系统的软硬件设计。试验结果表明:农用挖掘机可以实现发动机启停控制、转速切换控制、挖掘作业操作和行走控制,对农业现代化的发展具有一定的积极意义。

Abstract:According to the working characteristics and requirements of agricultural excavator,this paper puts forward an electrical control system of agricultural excavator based on s7-200 PLC controller,analyzes the overall system framework and actual requirements,and gives the software and hardware design of the PLC electrical control system.The experimental results show that the agricultural excavator can realize engine start and stop control,speed switch control,excavation operation and walking control,which has certain positive significance for the development of agricultural modernization.
