螺旋式分杯机构运动特性分析与试验

摘    要:为解决烟苗“杯罩式小苗井窖”移栽扣杯时重叠的烟苗杯罩需要逐次、单个分离的问题,利用曲线导轨曲滑机构的原理设计了螺旋式分杯机构。为研究螺旋式分杯机构关键构件的运动规律和获取运动特性参数,针对螺旋式分杯机构进行简化,建立了关键构件的角度、角速度和角加速度运动模型,并运用RecurDyn仿真软件进行运动学仿真分析,为螺旋式分杯机构的进一步优化和动力学仿真分析提供了理论依据。为验证螺旋式分杯机构结构设计的合理性,配合设计的烟苗移栽扣杯装置进行田间试验,结果表明:研制的螺旋式分杯机构结构设计合理,能实现预期的功能,分杯平均合格率为91.5%,扣杯效率提高50.3%,能满足烟苗移栽扣杯的使用要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the overlapping tobacco seedling cups need to be separated one by one and the single separation when the seedlings of the"cup-type seedlings"are transplanted,the spiral type cup-forming mechanism is designed by the principle of the curved guide rail-sliding mechanism.In order to study the motion law of key components of spiral cupping mechanism and obtain the parameters of motion characteristics,the spiral cupping mechanism is simplified,the angular,angular velocity and angular acceleration motion models of key components are established.The motion simulation analysis is carried out by using RecurDyn simulation software.It provides a theoretical basis for further optimization and dynamics simulation analysis of the spiral cupping mechanism.In order to verify the rationality of the structural design of the spiral cupping mechanism,the field experiment was carried out with the designed tobacco seedling transplanting cup device.The results show that the designed spiral cupping mechanism has reasonable structural design and can achieve the expected function.The pass rate is 91.5%,and the efficiency of the button cup is increased by 50.3%,which can meet the requirements for the use of tobacco seedlings.
