联合收割机割台总成的虚拟装配

摘    要:研究了基于虚拟现实技术的联合收割机割台总成的虚拟装配.根据产品的装配结构模型,生成了联合收割机割台总成的装配结构树;采用UG建立了割台总成零部件的三维数字模型,导入到数字制造仿真软件,建立了总成各零部件的约束及装配关系,对割台总成进行了虚拟装配.

Abstract:This paper presents virtual assembly for the header of combine harvester based on virtual reality technology. Assembly structure tree of header assembly of Combine harvester is established according to assembly structure model of product. The virtual assembly of header is proceeds after the 3D model of the parts of header assembly built by using UG,is imported digital manufacture and simulation software where the constraint and assembly relations of its components are made.
