铲式玉米精密播种机关键零件的应力分析

摘    要:在对铲式玉米精密播种机的结构和特点进行分析的基础上,利用ANSYS对分种勺盘和打穴铲两零件进行了应力分析.分析结果表明:分种勺所受最大应力在分种勺下部,分种勺盘容易首先在这个部位产生损坏;打穴铲最大应力处于下侧连接孔和开口两侧,且打穴铲入土侧面变形较大,因此长时间工作后入土侧面开口边容易发生卷曲变形.该分析为铲式精密播种机关键零件的设计和改进提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on structure and characteristic analysis of spade punch precision planter for maize, its stress analysis has been conducted with ANSYS. The results showthat the shape of spade mowing track is dimehsional spry cycloid, so the outer side pushes the soil and the hatch on the inner side of spadesoil opener has no,contact with the soil during the hole-forming process, which ensures that there is no jam in the throwing opening. And with the increasing of spade entering depth, the gap between spade inner side and outer soil is augmented gradually. Therefore, a theoretical basis is provided for the design of the spade punch opener for precision planter.
