RC-15高效秸秆揉搓机的设计

摘    要:目前,国内中小型秸秆揉搓机生产率约在lt/h以下,生产效率较低,大部分的农作物秸秆没有被利用,使得秸秆作为饲料的数量较小,从而加剧了畜牧业对粮食的依赖性,使畜牧业的发展受到了一定程度的限制。为此,对影响秸秆揉搓机生产效率的因素进行了理论分析与论证,并介绍了机器的设计思想、结构原理及主要技术参数的确定。实验表明,设计的RC-15高效秸秆揉搓机生产效率可达4t/h。

Abstract:The productivity of the home rubbing machines in the medium- small- sized is under lt/h at present. The production efficiency is so low that the majority of crop straw stalk is not used as stockbreeding. Without taking a good advantage of crop straw stalk, stockbreeding depends mainly on grain. Stockbreeding development is greatly limited. There by the paper analyses and demonstrates the factors which effect on the productive efficiency of RC-15 Type Rubbing Machine, meanwhile introduces the designing thought ,the structure principle and mostly technology permanent of rubbing machine whose efficiency is 4t/h.
