柴油机后处理技术的研究进展

摘    要:选择性催化还原技术SCR和氮氧化物存储催化还原技术NSC是当前主流的降低柴油机NOx排放的后处理技术。为此,详细阐述了两种技术的反应机理、系统组成和工作过程,提出了系统在实际应用中存在的问题并给出了相应的解决方案。最后,提出了一种实用新型的组合技术可以改善SCR系统在低温工况下转化效率低的问题。

Abstract:The selective catalytic reduction and NOx storage catalyst are currently two mainstream after-treatment technology of DeNOx on vehicular diesel engines.The chemical reaction mechanism,system configuration and working process are analyzed detailedly.Application problems of the product are put forward and the relative solutions also have been provided.Finally,a new combination solution which can improve the NOx conversion rate in low temperature condition has been proposed.
