香蕉假茎切块还田机构设计与台架试验

摘    要:香蕉是我国最重要的经济作物之一,随着我国香蕉产业的迅速发展,对香蕉假茎的处理技术提出了迫切的要求。根据香蕉假茎先分段再切块还田的工艺设计思想,研制开发出了一种由圆盘锯齿刀背刀交错布置于两条转轴上的类似对辊式运动原理的香蕉假茎切块还田机构,并以此机构进行了功率影响试验和性能试验。试验结果表明,该香蕉假茎切块还田机构功率消耗较小,大于3kW的功率就能满足切块需要,且样机的切块质量性能很好,切块质量在250g以下的合格率为84%,94%以上的切块最大投影面积尺寸在110mm×60mm的区域内,符合香蕉假茎切块还田的农艺要求。
