| 摘 要： | 我国农村电网以10k~35kV为主,负荷分散,供电半径大、线路长、分支多,末端的短路电流与最大负荷电流相接近,保护配合困难,供电可靠性差。为此,从理论上提出了配电自动化的概念和实施的基本技术条件;介绍了农村配电自动化发展的3个阶段;并结合河北农村配电网的现状,对河北农村配电自动化建设提出了总体原则和要求。

| Abstract: | In theory, the concept of distribution automation and the basic technical conditions of actualizing are put forward. Three periods of countryside distribution automation are introduced. And considering the status quo of Hebei countryside distribution network, this paper puts forward the collectivity principle requests. |
