基于水平碾搓式银杏脱壳的三维数值模拟

摘    要:对水平碾搓式银杏脱壳机理进行了阐述,并在此基础上得出了动定碾盘间距调整的合理数值范围,进而对银杏在动定碾盘间处于不同接触状态下的应力分布进行了有限元分析,获得了水平碾搓式银杏脱壳的数值模拟结果。

Abstract:The paper introduced the shelling principle of horizontal extrusion-grind ginkgo process On this basis,the reasonable range of adjustment parameters of the distance between dynamic grinding-disc and static grinding-disc are su ggested,then the stress distributions of ginkgo in different contact conditions are studied using the finite element analysis method.The numerical simulation results of horizontal extrusion-grind ginkgo decorticating process is obtained.
