| 摘 要： | 随着农村经济的发展和农业生产水平的提高,农业机械迅猛发展,给农机安全生产管理工作带来了巨大的压力,农机安全生产形势十分严峻.创建"农机安全村"活动,是新形势下加强农机安全管理的有效手段和重要措施.为此,通过剖析浙江省东阳市探索创建"农机安全镇乡、村"活动的成功经验,对创建"农机安全村"活动的必要性和重要性进行了充分论述,指出了存在的问题,提出了推进 "农机安全村"创建活动的对策措施. |

| Abstract: | With the development of village economy and the advancement of agricultural productivity level, the fast and fierce development of farm machinery has brought huge pressure on farm machine safe production management. The situation of agriculture machine safe production is very rigorous. Establishing "Farm Machine Safe Village" activity is an effective mean and important measure to strengthen the farm machine safe management under the new situation. This paper discusses the general situation of establishing "Farm Machine Safe Village" activity in our city and its necessity and importance. We then introduce the work results and successful experiences of how Dongyang City explores to establish "Farm Machine Safe Town, Country, Village". We also put forward the key problems and the counter measures to progress the activity of establishing "Farm Machine Safe Village". |
