摘    要:对钉刺式残膜回收机中的起膜铲进行了改进设计,并对起膜铲刀进行了受力分析。本文所设计的铲刀,是由14片铲刀组成的起膜装置。同时,对起膜铲的参数进行了详细分析,得出影响起膜铲的主要参数和影响因素。最后,运用模糊分析法对起膜铲进行了模糊综合评定,通过详细的分析计算,得出起膜铲刀的综合评定为8 1.8 9分。

Abstract:In this paper , the stud type residual film recycling machine shovel in the membrane was improved design , stress analysis of membrane shovel knife; In this paper , the design of the shovel , is made up of 14 pieces of the shovel up membrane device .At the same time , the detailed analysis of the film on the parameters of the shovel , indicates that the main parameters affecting the membrane shovel and influencing factors .Finally , the fuzzy analysis method of the membrane shovel has carried on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , through detailed analysis and calculation , it is con-cluded that the membrane of the overall evaluation of the shovel is 81.89.
