个体联合收割机经济寿命计算的研究

随着联合收割机的保有量逐年增加,有针对性地研究联合收割机经济寿命,指导其运营与管理对推动我国农业机械化发展起着重要作用。为此,建立了联合收割机收入与成本体系,将机器机龄增加而导致的作业质量下降、生产率降低所产生的适时性损失作为机器作业的一项成本,同时将体系中的各项收入与成本进行建模。同时,分别对自用型、代耕型、兼用型联合收割机的各项收入与成本的构成问题进行分析与探讨,以联合收割机所有者的年均纯收益最大为目标,建立求解联合收割机经济寿命的数学模型,为合理制定机器更新方案提供理论依据。最后,以黑龙江友谊农场某农户沃德4LZ-2.5水稻联合收割机为例,用该模型求解出此机器的经济寿命,验证了该模型的有效性。

Research on Economic Life Calculation of Combine Harvester

Since the reform and opening up , the inventory of combine harvester increases year by year , targeted research of combine harvester ’ s economic life and guidance of the operation and management of combine harvester play an impor -tant role in promoting agricultural mechanization development in our country .This study establishes revenue and cost sys-tem of combine harvester , takes timeliness loss produced by working quality decrease and productivity reduce resulted from machine age increase as a cost of machinery operation , and respectively carries out modeling on various revenues and costs in the system .The study respectively carries out analysis and discussion on constituting problem of various reve -nues and costs of self-use , substituting cultivating type and dual-purpose type of combine harvester , and takes the maxi-mum annual average net income of combine harvester owners as the goal to set up mathematical model to solve the eco -nomic life of combine harvester so as to provide theoretical basis for reasonably establishing machine replaced solution .In the end , the model is used to solve the economic life of this machine , and the validity of the model is verified by using the model to solve the economic life of a Wo De 4 LZ-2 .5 rice combine in Heilongjiang friendship farm .
