| 摘 要： | 当前,国外大型农机企业的先进创新技术不断涌入我国,知识产权如同一把利剑,剑握谁手,谁就能掌握主动权。为了能在日趋激烈的竞争之中立于不败之地,就必须全方位地做好专利的分析和战略制定工作。为此,通过对黑龙江省2003-2014年申请的种植机械专利文献检索分析,获得专利申请总体趋势、专利种类构成及趋势对比等方面的信息,为全省种植机械技术发展创新及专利战略分析提供了数据支持。

| Abstract: | Currently , foreign advanced and innovative technology of large-scale agricultural enterprises continue to enter our country , intellectual property rights as a sword , sword who hold hands , grasps the initiative .In order to remain in-vincible in the increasingly fierce competition , it is necessary to do a full range of patent analysis and strategy develop-ment.Based on Heilongjiang Province in 2003 -2014 filed patent literature retrieve planting machinery analysis , the o-verall trend of patent applications , patents species composition , trend comparison and other aspects of information to pro-vide data support for our province planting machinery technology development innovation and patent strategy analysis . |
