悬挂式三年生三七挖掘收获机的研制及试验

为了提高三七根挖掘收获机械化作业水平,结合云南省内三七种植模式和农艺要求,设计了悬挂式3年生三七挖掘收获机,可同时完成一畦三七的挖掘、输送、去土和条铺等任务。挖掘收获机由四轮拖拉机牵引,主要由机架、悬挂部件、挖掘部件、升运抖土装置、条铺部件及动力系统等工作部件组成。挖掘铲设计成锐角式开沟器状,入土能力强、结构简单、工作阻力小;收获机后部设有收集挡板,保证去土后的三七在地上成条铺状。田间样机收获试验表明:机器收净率达到了98.1%,损伤率为1.9%,生产率达到了0.12hm2/h。该样机为云南省首台专门针对三七根的收获机械,为三七根收获机械的深入研究和发展提供了参考。

Search and Test the Mining Harvester of Traction Drive Type Used for Three-year-old Pseudo-ginseng

In order to improve the level of mechanization of mining and harvesting pseudo -ginseng and combining the model and agricultural requirements in planting pseudo-ginseng , Mining harvester of traction drive type is designed , and It can continually finish the work of mining ,conveying , screening soil and making paved at a border check .It is pulled by four-wheel tractor including suspending system , driving system , mining system , screening soil system and making paved system .Digging shovel is designed as acute angle type opener , thus it has the advantage of the ability of graving , simple construction , and small working resistance .At the back of this machine , there is a battle for storing and ensuring to make paved.The result shows that harvesting rate is 98.1%,damaging rate is 1.9%,the productivity is 0.12hm2/h.
