| 摘 要： | 基准地价图是土地定级估价的成果。为此,以Mapinfo和Arcview为GIS的平台软件,将GIS技术应用于立体基准地价图的制作。创建出的基准地价图更加直观地表现出了土地级别之间的差异性,并为日后基准地价图的更新创建一个好的基础。

| Abstract: | The map of base land price is an important production and the author apply the technology of GIS to the map of 3D base land price by the soft of Mapinfo and Arcview.The map shows the difference of the land grade more intuitionisticly,and found the base of the updating of the base land price. |
