| 摘 要： | 加强对包装机械的维护,提高对突发性故障的处理能力,从而实现包装机械故障诊断的智能化.为此,根据包装机械故障诊断的特点,介绍了将模糊诊断技术应用于包装机械的基本原理及方法,详细地分析了该技术在包装机械上的实现过程.最后以一种包装机械的故障诊断为例,验证了这种方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen to packing machinery maintenance, enhance handling ability to burst characteristics breakdown, thus realize intellectualized of packing mechanical breakdown diagnosis. Therefore, according to the characteristic of breakdown diagnosis of packing mechanical, the basic principle and method are described about the application of vague diagnosis technique to packing mechanical, the complete procedure of the technology is analyzed detailed. At last, verifying the validity of this method through an example of breakdown diagnosis of a packing mechanical. |
