摘    要:为了弥补传统农产品生产过程中动态监控不足、实时决策能力偏弱等缺点,设计了一种集视频采集、视频压缩、3G传输为一体的远程农产品生产过程监控系统。首先,介绍了远程监控系统的全过程;其次,描述了数字信号处理(TMS320DM642)和H.264编码器硬件构成;最后,提供了生产者和消费者的internet和3G手机访问监控管理平台。经试验证明,该系统性能稳定,能够达到预期目的。

Abstract:In order to make up for a traditional agricultural production process dynamic monitoring insufficiency,the real-time decision-making ability weak shortcomings,design a kind of set video collection,video compression,3 G transmission as one of the remote agricultural production process monitoring system.Firstly introduces the whole process of remote monitoring system;Second describes the digital signal processing(TMS320DM642) and H.264 encoder hardware;Finally provides producers and consumers Internet and 3 G mobile phone access monitoring management platform.After test shows that the system stability,and can achieve the desired objectives.
