倾斜圆盘式大蒜播种试验装置的设计与试验

针对目前我国大蒜播种机的研究现状,在对现有的大蒜播种装置深入研究的基础上,设计了倾斜圆盘式大蒜播种机的排种装置,重点阐述了大蒜播种机排种试验台的结构和工作原理,对关键的部件进行计算设计,研制了形状类似蒜种的取种窝。通过采用转盘倾斜取种,反复试验,利用正交试验来确定落种时取种盘倾斜的最优角度和最优工作转速,使得蒜种在自身重力的作用下,能够更好地通过导种管下种,实现蒜种的种植要求,为研究大蒜播种机械提供理论依据。

Design and Experimental of Tilt Dise-type Garlic Seeding Test Device

For the current status of our research garlic planter,in the existing garlic planting device on the basis of futher research,the focus illustrates the garlic planter seed structure and test-bed for the theory,the calculation of key design department,developed a similar shape to take species nest of garlic,tilt wheel to take through the use of species,repeated tests,used to set off the kind of orthogonal types of disk tilt when you get the best angle and best for speed,making the garlic in its own gravity,to better guide through the seed tube seed,achieve garlic planting requirements for garlic seeding machine after study provide a theoretical basis.
