摘    要:针对传统免耕播种机研发周期长、效率低、成本高等问题,提出运用虚拟样机技术进行设计。通过SolidWorks建立免耕播种机三维实体模型,运用ADAMS软件进行动力学分析。结果表明:该方法提高了免耕播种机设计的准确性和效率,代替了物理样机的制造和试验,缩短了研发周期,降低了生产成本,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Facing the long development cycle、low efficiency、 high cost problems of traditional no-till planter,propose the use of virtual prototyping technology in design.Through using SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional solid model of no-tillage planter and ADAMS software for dynamic analysis,the results showed that: the method improves no-till planter design accuracy and efficiency,instead of a physical prototype manufacturing and testing,shorten the development cycle,reduce production costs,has broad application prospects.
