摘    要:为了更好地评价移栽机的栽植性能,以2ZB-2型吊杯式移栽机为试验对象,针对表征栽植性能参数之一栽植深度,设计了数据采集测试系统。此数据采集系统分为硬件结构设计与软件程序设计两部分:硬件结构部分包括传感器、数据采集卡等仪器的选型、安装与调试,并对所选用传感器进行了标定;软件部分是基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器中DAQmx设计的,主要包括具有良好人机界面的前面板及后面板中的程序框图。通过合理设置采样模式及采样率等参数,实现了两个通道距离数据的实时采集与显示,并通过插值计算得到了相应采集距离值下的栽植深度值。田间试验表明:本数据采集测试系统相比于传统人工测量方式,节省人力成本,提高劳动效率,也可对后续移栽机栽植性能的评价提供参考。

Abstract:In order to better evaluate the transplanter planting performance, this paper takes 2ZB-2 dibble-cup type transplanter as the test object,and designs the data acquisition test system for the planting depth of plant performance pa-rameters. This test system can be divided into two parts- hardware designing and software programming. Hardware struc-ture section include sensors,data acquisition card’ s selection,installation,debugging,and demarcate of sensors. The soft-ware part is designed based on DAQmx of LabVIEW virtual instrument. It mainly include the front panel design, which has a good man-machine interface, and program block design in the rear panel. By setting up parameters such as sam-pling mode,sampling rate reasonable,the virtual simulation has achieved two channel data real-time acquisition and dis-play,and also got the corresponding planting depth by interpolation calculation. The field validation showed that this sys-tem can save the human cost and improve labor efficiency,also can provide reference for subsequent transplanter’ s plant-ing performance evaluation.
