日光温室无缝卷帘机的研制

日光温室卷帘机作为小型农用机械已广泛应用于设施农业中,针对前置卷轴上推式卷帘机在减速机下方区域总有2m左右的区域不能自动卷帘的问题,设计了一套日光温室中间被自动卷放的接缝装置。该装置采用两级链传动,具有折叠功能,运行时装置打开150°角,避免与大棚表面的碰撞,放到地面后折起,减小占地空间。无缝卷帘机采用现场手动、近程遥控和远程手机短信控制3种模式,采用位置开关和时间保护方式,实现双重限位保护。试验表明:设备运行良好,操作安全方便,接缝装置收放自如,实现了自动无缝卷放帘。

Development of Seamless Rolling Machine for Solar Greenhouse
