| 摘 要： | 针对国内、外秸秆打捆缠膜机械存在的问题,设计了一种集青贮、打捆、缠膜多功能与一体的自走式青贮打捆缠膜一体机。同时,简述了该机械的结构、工作原理和传动系统,分析了该机械的技术特点和主要工作部件的结构设计。为了检验机器的性能,进行了相应的田间试验,结果表明:该机器的各项设计指标均达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the deficiency of the Straw bale wrapping film machine at home and abroad, This article designs a kind of self-propelled silage baling tangle film machine with the functions of silage, baling and wrap film, then describes the mechanical structure, working principle and driveline, and analyzes the technical characteristics and the main components' structure of the machine.In order to test the performance of the machine,we do the relevant test in the field, and the experimental result shows that the various indexes meet the design requirements of the machine. |
