农业应用技术类科技成果价值评估体系的研究——基于模糊综合评价法

摘    要:农业应用技术类科技成果的应用推广是促进我国农业生产力水平提高的重要因素,而科技成果的价值评估是科技成果转化的前提和基础。为此,构建了农业应用技术类科技成果价值评估体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对其进行了价值评估和实证分析。

Abstract:Application and promotion of the agricultural scientific and technological achievements on applied technology is an important factor of promoting increase in agricultural productivity levels,and the value evaluation in scientific and technological achievements is the premise and foundation of scientific and technological achievements transformation.The paper constructs an agriculture scientific and technological achievements value evaluation system on applied technology,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for value evaluation and empirical analysis.
