| 摘 要： | 科研管理在高校有着举足轻重的作用。针对高校科研管理的现状，以减轻科研管理人员的劳动强度、提高工作效率为目的。提出了基于互联网的高校科研管理信息系统的总体设计方案和信息资源结构。对建立基于互联网的高校科研管理信息系统有着指导作用。
