水稻收获机械化的技术现状及发展趋势

摘    要:在分析水稻收获机械化现状的基础上,针对现有传统型联合收割机收获水稻存在着籽粒破碎严重、收获损失大的问题,指出应用轴流滚筒改造现有传统型联合收割机,改进其工作性能,适应水稻收获,使其继续发挥使用价值,是水稻割前脱粒收获机械全面进入田间前的重要过渡,旨在对提高水稻联合收获的技术水平提供参考.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the present situation of rice harvest mechanization, aiming at the present problems existing in the process of harvesting the rice with traditional combine harvester, this paper points out using the axial-flow cylinder to improve the present combine harvester. Improving its working properties, adapting to harvesting rice, and bringing its use value into play, are important transition for threshing and harvesting machine to enter into the paddy field. This paper also provides some references to improve the technology of rice combine harvest.
