设施栽培下香石竹根际微生物种群结构及数量消长

摘    要:从3个设施栽培基地采集香石竹发病株和正常株根际土壤,用混菌法分析计数细菌,稀释涂布法分离计数真菌与放线菌,主要研究设施栽培条件下的作物发病与不发病根际土壤微生物的变化组成与差别。分析结果表明,在设施栽培下,土壤中微生物种群以细菌为主,其次为真菌,放线菌数最少;香石竹根际微生物总量的变化主要表现在细菌数量的变化上。正常株和发病株对比,正常株根际土壤中真菌和放线菌的数量明显低于发病株,正常株下厌氧性生长菌数量高于发病株;在设施栽培下,香石竹的发病与真菌和放线菌存在有较密切的关系,病症主要是立枯病与枯萎病。根际土壤中,微生物组成的不同有一定制约病害发生的作用,这为预测、预报和病害防治提供了一定的基础参考依据。

Abstract:Collected rhizospheric soil of carnation's normal strain and ill strain from three different planting bases and analyzed on the variation of soil rhizospheric microorganism by using mixed-bacterial method for bacteria and using plate dilution method for fungi and antinomyces, the results suggested that bacteria are predominant among all microbes, next are fungi, the actinomycetic are the least, of bacteria can represent that of microbes. Compared with the normal strain, the population of fungi and actinomycetic of incident strains was higher, but the population of anaerobe of normal strains was higher than that of incident strains. This shows that there is some relationship between rhizospheric microorganism of normal strain and that of ill strain. The symptom was stem rot disease and blight. Therefore, the different composition of rhizospheric microbe has some inhibition effect on plant diseases. The object of this paper is to propose theory basis for the forecasting and prevention and controlling the carnation diseases.
