Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and low productivity of grain conveyer, the automatic grain conveyer was designed based on converter technology, and the electrical control system was studied. The automatic grain conveyer was constituted of absorb system, discharge system, transport system, mobile system, controller and electrical control system. For the purpose of energy saving, an inverter was added to the electrical control system of the grain conveyer, and the speed control mode and the speed regulating mechanical property of the converter were studied. The simulation test and the energy expenditure test results show that the property of the grain conveyer was stable, the capacity was higher than human transportation, and the electricity consumption was reduced.It show that the grain conveyer could meet the purpose of productivity improved and energy conservation.
