摘    要:针对大中型联合收割机不适用于在我国南方丘陵山区进行收获作业和稻油兼收的问题,设计了一种丘陵轻简型水稻、油菜联合收割机,并重点对双控型全液压小型履带底盘、全液压稻油兼收割台和负压吸杂与旋震筛组合清选机构等关键部位进行了方案创新与尺寸优化设计。试验结果表明:该机的乘坐-尾部双操纵方式和全液压差速底盘可很好适应丘陵地区狭小分散田块的作业需要,立割刀装拆便捷,对水稻和油菜进行收获作业的总损失率、含杂率、破碎率等各项性能指标均达到要求,为解决丘陵地区稻油联合收获提供了新型装备。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that large and medium-sized combined harvesters are not suitable for harvesting operations and combined rice and rape harvesting in the hilly and mountainous areas of southern China,we designed a light-weight rice and rape combined harvester suitable for hilly areas,and focused on the dual control type full hydraulic small crawler chassis,full hydraulic rice and rape combined harvester and negative pressure suction and cyclone screen combined cleaning mechanism and other key parts for the program innovation and size optimization.The results showed that,the rider-tail dual operation mode and full hydraulic differential chassis of this harvester can be well adapted to the operation needs of small scattered fields in hilly areas,it is easy to install and remove the vertical cutter when harvesting rice and rape,all performance indicators such as total loss rate,impurity rate,and crushing rate of rice and rape during harvesting operations have reached the requirements,providing new equipment for solving the combined harvesting of rice and rape in hilly areas.
