脉动流化干燥机的改进设计与试验

摘    要:针对原有脉动流化干燥机存在的气流分配不够均匀、脉动效果不够理想等问题,进行了改进设计。改进后,设备采用内置式分配器,改善了脉动效果;采用半径依次增大的导流装置,改善了气流分配的均匀性;增设了导料装置,从根本上解决了物料的“反流”问题。同时,通过对玉米和酒糟进行干燥试验,验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:Pulsed-fluid bed dryer was preferably improved,because there were some problem of airflow-distributed and the effect of pulse in dryer.A built-in distributor was designed for effect of pulse.Air-leading installation of increasing radius was used for airflow-distributed.Material-leading installation was set up for solving problem about countercurrent.This can intensify the effect of the pulsation and improve the availability of the heat transfer and the efficiency of the dryer.
