| 摘 要： | 通过建立棉花打顶机滚筒式切割器三维模型,根据滚筒式动刀丝运动方程,结合棉花打顶技术要求,推出了滚筒式切割器不漏割一般条件式。利用Pro/E与ADAMS无缝连接,把滚筒式切割器的Pro/E三维模型导入ADAMS进行多动刀丝单点运动轨迹仿真分析研究,验证了不漏割一般条件式的先进性,为棉花打顶机滚筒式切割器结构和运动参数设计与优化提供依据。
