基于近红外光谱的香蕉品质检测方法研究

摘    要:研究提出了近红外光谱技术无损检测香蕉品质指标的新方法。采用The Unscramble 9.7分析软件,建立了香蕉糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测模型。根据定标集样品常规方法测定结果和所扫描得到的香蕉未剥皮和剥皮的光谱信号间的拟合关系,采用偏最小二乘法建立香蕉糖度、坚实度和粘度的定标模型,并用未参与定标的一组样品作为预测集对模型进行检验。未剥皮香蕉的糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测决定系数分别为0.94,0.95,0.93,剥皮香蕉的糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测决定系数分别为0.92,0.97,0.95,预测精度较高。结果表明,香蕉皮对其的影响不大,近红外光谱技术可应用于未剥皮香蕉品质检测,实现了香蕉品质的快速、无损检测,为香蕉品质的无损检测提供了理论依据。
