| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆主产几种核桃的外形、内部结构、壳厚度及内褶面积等物理特性的研究,分析了影响核桃壳仁脱离特性的主要因素.同时,对两种核桃破壳方式与壳仁脱离特性进行了研究,分析了不同破壳方式下核桃壳的破碎度与核桃壳仁分离特性的关系等,为设计合理的核桃壳仁分离机械提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | The research is about analyzing the main factors of affecting the shell-kernel separation characteristic of walnuts by studying the form, interior frame, shell thickness and plait area of several main produce walnuts in Sinkiang. At the same time, we studied the cracking manner and shell-kernel separation of two kinds of walnut, analyzed the relation of shell smash degree and shell-kernel separation characteristic in different cracking manner, for offering the foundation of designing the reasonable machine of shell-kernel separation. |
