摘    要:为了降低播种机的漏播现象,提高播种机械作业的质量和自动化水平,提出了一种新的漏种补播系统,并利用Zig Bee无线传感网络设计了播种机作业状态的远程监控平台。该系统以51单片机为控制核心,在排种器上设计了漏报监测的红外线传感器,当监测到漏播时可以通过单片机控制偏心电机的振动,实现再次补种;利用Zig Bee无线传感网络,可以对故障进行远程报警。为了验证该系统的可靠性,对试验样机进行了测试,结果表明:对于1d Bm的信号,在远处通讯距离可以延长接近100m,其通信性能较好,播种机的漏播率较低,在漏播后的补种率非常高,达到了98%以上,从而大大提高了播种机的作业效率和质量。

Design for Sowing Resow System of Leakage Seeder-Based on ZigBee Wireless Sensor Network
Abstract:In order to reduce the phenomenon of leakage and improve the quality and automation level of the seeding ma -chine , a new type of leakage seeding system is proposed .And the remote monitoring platform of the operating state of the seeding machine is designed by using ZigBee wireless sensor network .The system takes 51 single chip microcomputer as the control core , in the device design of infrared sensors that omission of monitoring , when monitoring miss seeding can through the MCU control the vibration motor eccentric , achieve again reseed , using ZigBee wireless sensor network , re-mote alarm for fault .In order to verify the reliability of the system , the experiment of prototype were tested through the test found that 1 DBM signal can be prolonged close to 100 in the distance communication distance with the better com-munication performance and the low sowing machine leakage sowing rate , in which,the replant leakage after sowing rate is very high to 98%, thus it greatly improves the working efficiency and quality of the seeding machine .
